Shipping Rates: We offer competitive shipping rates based on your order's weight, size, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout so you can review and confirm before purchasing.

Can I ship internationally?

Yes! For international orders, please allow 1-4 weeks for shipments to arrive. We are not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any returned shipping costs. Final sale items are not refundable.  Please email us at service@dolliholli.com to begin the return process. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will credit the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost.

Instructions are included on the back of each kit, with suggestions for box sizes, coordinating wrapping paper, recommended adhesives, and other tools.
